We still open Denver controllers in late August that never left the May start-up program. Cool-season turf that looked fine after blowout-startup will brown on a south strip when the clock still thinks it is spring. This is not establishment watering from a new install. It is last season's minutes left on a working system. Seasonal adjust only helps if the base times were honest.

Homes in Centennial and Arvada do not share the same sun load. Repair work sits on sprinkler repairs. Fall blowout should inherit the summer map, not the forgotten May one.
